Mission Not-Accomplished

I get what they mean by this slogan… after all, the word “fine” is synonymous with exquisite and first-rate.  But the phrase “absolutely fine” is only ever used to convince people that something they assume must be horrible is actually not that bad.  For example:

“We’re going to Freddy’s Pub?  Isn’t that part of town kinda dangerous?”

“No, man, it’s absolutely fine.”

See what I mean?  Too bad it’s a permanent part of their awning…
